• Process new clients and employees into the system
• Answer non-routine correspondence and organize and prioritize information
• Establish, develop and maintain databases and filing systems that contain vital Company information
• Inventory and office supply tracking and procurement through approved vendors
• Perform other duties as requested

The infant will be 6 weeks old when the position begins on June 25th. The mother will work from home in a private office space, so she will be available if needed.  The nanny will provide care for the infant and support with children's laundry, light meal prep and some housekeeping while the baby naps. 

The family wants a nurturing, proactive, friendly, and well organized nanny to care for the baby.  The mother is very friendly and hopes to have a nanny who is comfortable working in a setting where she will be present.  A nanny with infant experience is required.

Location: Mercer Island, WA
Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 8:00am - 6:00pm. June 18th - labor day. Family will be on vacation July 2 - 15.
Children: 13 year old boy and 10 year old boy.

Duties: Exploring the neighborhood, swimming at the country club, and going on outings with the children.  Implementing a structure hourly schedule for each day which may include educational keep-up over the summer or even tutor 1-3 hours per day in writing and advanced math, although it is not necessary. Most of all to just have FUN! Nanny would asked to have kids help tidy up after themselves, prep meals for the children, and common sense cleaning.

Requirements: No car necessary, but may be helpful to bring children to summer activities. Nanny should be able to adhere to a structured day. Candidate active, energetic, interactive, energetic and responsible!

Salary: $11-13 per hour

Family is looking for someone who can hang out with their son and enjoys what he likes to do: play video games, computer, watch movies, swim, and organize times for him to hang out with his friends.  Some driving may be involved (driving friends to/from and any activities).   They are looking for a mature candidate with great people skills, reliable, responsible, and is well-rounded.

Nanny candidate must have CPR/First Aid certification at start date, and be comfortable with working around a pool, as the family does have a pool on their property.

The nanny’s responsibilities would include preparing meals and snacks and cleaning up, driving the boy to activities (e.g., swimming), and doing fun and interesting things with him over the summer.

Seeking energetic individuals with availability during the weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends to provide childcare while parents attend special events, have date nights, the children are off from school, or when unexpected childcare needs arise.  Candidates must have prior childcare experience, own transportation, a safe driving record, and enjoy caring for children.  CPR and first aid training is required - current certification preferred but not necessary.  Three references will be needed.

Responsibilities will vary from job to job, but will consist of some of the following depending on when care is being given and the age of the children: performing infant-care activities, playing age-appropriate games and engaging the children in fun activities, preparing snacks and meals and cleaning up, putting the children down for naps, picking up the play area, and getting the children ready for bed.

Duties: Caring for two almost one-year-old girls. Taking them out on walks, exploring the neighborhood. Nanny would be required to feed, put the girls down for naps, and tidy up the home as you go on through out the day.

Requirements: Nanny should have previous infant care experience. Available to work Monday - Friday, NOW until June 29th. This is a nanny share situation. The two girls are from two different families. However, nanny will only be nanny at one location, the home of one of the girls.
